We don't want the CDS to have to clean up the water, so if we use 'empty water' it can instead use all its ammo in you!

Elli, for my daily bottle, I use a 16 oz amber oval syrup bottle that I got in the pharmacy. I use distilled water. If I want to dilure it (which I do with MMS) further at the time that I'm taking my dose, I will use my well water (which is very good) - but for the making of it, I used distilled - the reason being that the MMS or CDS is going to sit all day in a fluid - if there's anything in the water for it to react with, it will.. When it reacts, it, in effect, kills the MMS or CDS - so to keep the MMS or CDS as strong as possible through the course of the day, I keep it in distilled water.

Here is my dosing bottle, an 8 fluid ounce (US) glass baby bottle with a tight sealing cap.

The dose in the bottle is 3x the normal Protocol 101 dose with 30 ml of 3000 ppm CDS which is 90 mg of ClO2.

I am on a maintenance dose and take one fluid ounce daily which contains 10 mg of ClO2. I originally filled the bottle with 9 fluid ounces of distilled water and one dose has been removed which is why you see the level at 8 fluid ounces. I dilute each 1 fluid ounce of the baby bottle solution in a tall glass of distilled water.

Thanks Pam and JB for your dosing bottles and advice.

Ok so I am using distilled water in my dose bottle. It is an amber glass bottle and I use a padded lunch bag too. I just pour out into a measured dose cup each hour. So simple.

Progress report: Success!
This is Day 4 on CDS.
Day 1 I started with CDS equivalent to ½ drop MMS 8 hourly .
Day 2 I took equiv 1 drop 8 times.
Day 3 I took equiv 2 drops 8 times.

Today – day 4 I am up to equiv 3 drops (ie 8ml CDS in daily dose bottle). I’ve had 5 doses so far today and I still do not have the awful bloated pain.

Do you know that on a pitiful dose of just 2 drops of MMS in the entire day I was getting severe pain of bloat? Strong reaction huh?

What a relief. I cannot thank you enough…those who helped me learn how to make CDS, especially Pam and JB.
I have a bit more appetite in the last couple of days, and today, maybe more energy!

I know to reduce dose if I get nausea or diarrhoea – but how many drops is optimal to aim for with cancer? I’ve looked on the forum but it seems to vary. (Oops I sneaked in another question  )

Great progress, Elli!

Andreas' CDS Protocol 101 says one can take up to 50 ml of 3000 ppm CDS per day. That is 150 mg of ClO2 per day.

Keep going...........

I think that there have been people who have done more than 50mL of CDS per day - It will be a long while before you actually make that amount. Let your body be your guide!
