hi sharon,

take some pure honey on an empty stomach,and your stomach will be fine!true, check it out.
angryness,nervous etc will get the balance down in your stomach between mucus and acid,your acid will be bigger..which causes stomach pain that`s why you should take every morning on an EMPTY stomach honey.

Thanks for the suggestion Bird,but I cant use honey as I am diabetic. I would use it for hayfever in the summer,but it raises my blood sugar,as honey is pure sugar,but thanks anyway ;)

Thanks Pam,I might try the lemon or lime,but that may work out quite expensive in the long run,but I may give it a try.

I started using xylitol as suggested on this forum! I am the only one in my family that it makes windy,no-one else has this problem and what would I use instead of xylitol,there is absolutely nothing else for a diabetic.

I guess this can be where some people think I have an excuse not to try anything. I will end up spending a lot of money on limes to take my mms and xylitol makes me so windy,I could keep offshore wind turbines going! I react to soooo many things and I dont know why! My dad was the same and doctors treated him like crap,just the same as they do me,just because nothing works for us,or we have side effects that arent even down as a side effect! I am not kidding Pam,this is how it is and the extent of it for my dad meant he is now dead! We take something and it literaaly has the opposite effect,something that people call us liars for.

An example with food,last night I had a bacon and egg sandwich for my dinner.I had plenty of bacon and egg [protein and fats] to balance out the carbs in the bread and it made me feel absolutely dreadful! The problem was, I dont have a gallbladder so I dont process animal fats well,but I need them for my adrenals,adrenals need fats to stay healthy and my adrenals are not well. Also,eggs are high in sulphates and sulphates and sulphites make me feel quite ill,but eggs are high in protein which is needed and eggs dont make me feel THAT ill all the time.There are certain veg like brocolli that contain sulphites but its so good for you,so how does someone like me eat?! I'm diabetic,have a big issue with candida,react to sulphites etc,but need a lot of protein and fats! Maybe people will say I should eat a lot of salad,but no,salad upsets my stomach too! Everything seems to upset my stomach and make me react in some way and I dont know why,its so frustrating and deeply depressing.

The last thing I want is for anyone to think I put up obstacles and make excuses,but I have spent most of my miserable life trying just about everything to help myself and feel better,along with rediculous amounts of money in the process.It annoys me when,for example,my neighbour thinks its ok to eat crap all your life and enjoy it because if you are going to be ill,it wont be because of your diet and being too healthy is not good for you! she also thinks its ok to be told you've got cancer and think its ok to keep smoking,how crazy is that!?

After the feeling very sick last night,after my sandwich,I felt sooo drained and lethargic and still do today.My body doesnt seem to be-able to cope with anything and I know my thyroid problem doesnt help,but my adrenals make it much worse too. I'm also taking another steroid as my aldosterone is too low and my potassium too high,my sodium is too low and yes,supposed to be drinking salt water [celtic sea salt] but the salt upsets my stomach too!

Thankyou for your suggestions chorvath,I will be googling those books today! I hope they arent anything to do with blood type,as I have tried them before and they didnt help. Also,as long as the "type" takes into account that I am diabetic,or that wont work either!

please go and see a chinese dokter.

I think there`s a whole lot unbalanced in your body.
you need help
a good chinese dokter can see in a glimp where the disbalance is
i can understand sooo well all the unhappyness and frustration you are going through
regular dokters don`t do the holistic stuff
and as we are all holistic,it`s very important to look at your whole body,also your energy level etc etc
and that`s where chinese and also ayurverdic dokters are very capable of
look for dokters that have done the normal dokters school and then specialised their selves in chinese or ayurvedic skills

Hi Bird,

I have seen chinese doctors,chinese herbalists,accupuncturists,homeopaths,reike healers,allergists and goodness knows who else and none of them done anything for me AND I did exactly what they all told me to do,exactly! Its so frustrating:(

I also believe there is huge unbalance in my body and I dont know what to do,it makes you feel like you are dying slowly. I have absolutely no money,I have lost my house etc and have huge debts and cant afford to buy any supplements now,so I'm really stuck and that only adds to the stress.

ok you have mayor promblems,i`m so sorry for you!
If you are in money problems and can`t afford special costs for what ever...
go on veggies and fruits!!!!!!!!!
Take fresh fruits and make a smoothy
Eat a lot of green vegetables,GREEN that`s very important
try not to eat a lot of meat
you will absolutely find benefit if you start eating different
i also like bacon,eggs,what ever,but i really notice a difference in my body and also my mood is much better when i take healthy food and believe me,healthy food is not expensive!take fruits and raw veggies
you will find difference in your body and mind
start with one thing, this thing,i am not saying go raw but try to add more fruit and raw vegis in your diet,take more green tea then coffee
try to stay positive!your positive mind will be very important for your body!
this will help you to get on the right path

Hi Bird,thanks for your post,sorry I havent replied but I have had a lot of stress,not just with my own health problems,but my families,including my mum who has got cancer and I'm exhausted,mentally and physically.

I cannot eat fruit as I am diabetic and veg makes me feel ill,as they can be high in sulphites,which dont seem to agree with me.you say about eating meat,but protein is vitally important to humans,its the building block we need,much more than fruit and veg.Fruit and veg dont contain the vital nutrients than meat does and thats why vegetarians and especially vegans,arent as healthy as they should or could be,as they dont consume enough protein.I'm sure many will disagree,but we are fundamentally meat eaters,always have been,always will be,or should be.

I try to be positive,but a lifetime of constant stress doesnt do my brain and outlook a great deal of help,but i do try;)
